Lux is an innovative technology brought to you by Mae Yokoyama, a Konstfack student, that shows the means of getting benefited from the sun and how to turn energy into beauty. This is actually a necklace that comprises solar panels in order to accumulate energy from the sun during daytime. This accumulated energy then is used to lighten the LED bulbs to give an appearance of dazzling pearls of this fashionable necklace. This useful product will help people realize the value of sun and will give a feel of elegance to fashion concerned personnel. After charging for two hours only, the pearls can remain on for a minimum of four hours.

CB2 "Child Robot" returns: smarter, creepier than ever All caught up on your sleep? Good. 'Cause our old friend the "Child-robot with Biomimetic Body," or CB2, has now returned to haunt your nightmares. As you might expect, the bot hasn't simply spent its past two years of existence terrifying the staff at Osaka University, it's actually been learning, and it's now apparently able to make use of its 51 air-powered motors to move itself through a room "quite smoothly" -- with a helping hand, of course. What's more, the researchers behind CB2 are now also starting to talk about some of their future projects, including a new "robo species" that they say will have learning abilities "somewhere between those of a human and other primate species such as the chimpanzee." It was August of 2007 when Orange first got all weird on Nokia over the then-wild concept of a manufacturer-owned and operated music store -- bear in mind the iPhone hadn't launched very widely at that time -- and look how far we've come. The two companies have just announced that the venerable Nokia 5800 XpressMusic will be available starting May 29 loaded up with Comes With Music, Nokia's all-you-can-eat service that brings endless downloadable tracks through its Music Store. In Orange's case, Comes With Music will be available on any of five special plans starting at £25 a month (about $38), meaning that you'll be able to nab music for the duration of your two-year contract. As long as DRM's in the mix, you're basically locked into your contract for as long as you want the definitive Bryan Adams collection that you've downloaded -- so we're hoping Nokia nixes that...
